A few words from Darren…

Hi there! Welcome to Mindfulness Online Training. This web site and podcast is the home of free mindfulness training and spiritual teachings. Welcoming wonderful teachers and unifying different religions and philosophies that help people connect with their true essence.

Stay connected with me by signing up to receive email or social media updates on new content. Please rate and review the podcast. And do share with friends you feel will be interested.

The podcast covers a range of aspects of mindfulness practice plus more. It’s what I call Mindfulness+ which is standard mindfulness practice with an opening to the spiritual dimension. Using mindfulness to gain access to the transcendental unlocks unlimited spiritual potential. It’s only through being mindful can you open yourself up and allow something that transcends you to flow through you.

I hope that you enjoy the resources on the web site and find them helpful in your spiritual practice.

Blessings, Darren
