Hello Friends,

Firstly, I hope that you and your families are well. I know how challenging this global pandemic is for all of us. 

I’ve been grateful recently to find strength from practices from different religions. The biggest challenge I’ve faced is an increase in anxiety. In response to that I’ve been making more time for relaxation, meditation and prayer.

Day-by-day, with an open heart, we can allow this situation and all of the mixed emotions that come with it to deepen the connection with our true essence. 

I’ve selected 11 resources that I feel are most relevant from the Mindfulness Online Training web site and podcast. A range of meditations, talks, articles and songs that will help you find peace and strength over the coming weeks. Here’s the link…

I’ve also created an online Zoom group where we can connect together digitally. For the next few weeks, to make these sessions accessible to all, they will be free with optional donation. There will be a talk, breakout sessions where you can connect with others in pairs or small groups, plus a meditation.

We had our first group last Sunday and it was a pleasure to host. If you’d like to join us, enter the meeting using this Zoom Link or by connecting to my Zoom ID 7806779029 on Sunday evenings at 7,25pm UK Time. Please reply to this email if you’d like to register a place.
