Here are nine video and audio resources that I’d like to share with you to get you started on the mindfulness journey!
I’ve included a couple of videos from my Udemy Mindfulness Essentials Practitioner Course which introduce mindfulness. Followed by six different meditations you can try. You can also listen to all of my guided meditations on the free Insight Timer app. Finally, you’ll find an interview where I describe the crucial link between mindfulness, our life conditions and behaviours.
If you’d like to learn more you’d be welcome to join one of my free Sunday evening (7,30pm UK time) Groups on Zoom. I also offer a complementary Discovery Coaching Session for anybody who might be interested in investing into some coaching on a 121 basis to create or improve their practice.
