“Need to Change” is the eighth track I’ve created for a new album of songs called “Do It While You Can”. A gentle and melodic song about being awake and open to guidance from spirit – whilst staying aware of forces that try and trip us up along the way! Encouraging the wisdom to know when we ‘need to change’ the way we’re living. We could say this is what spiritual practice is all about.

It’s my pleasure to welcome Cheryl Engelhardt onto the podcast. Through a combination of music, yoga and meditation, Cheryl was able to gain freedom from panic attacks and anxiety that she’d been experiencing for years.

Cheryl discovered Mindfulness Online Training through a search on iTunes. She enjoyed the content and reached out to me as she wanted to share her new album of mindfulness music called Luminary.
